Application
App Privacy Policy
Last updated 1 July 2026 / Hello Thesa LLC
What this document covers. This policy describes the LeadAIvisor
application: the software you log into at app.leadaivisor.com that connects to your
Meta (Facebook) advertising account on your behalf. If you are looking for how our public
website handles visitors, see the Website Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
LeadAIvisor is operated by Hello Thesa LLC, a limited liability company in the United States that also does business as Lead Systems Go. We are the data controller for information processed through the application. You can reach us at ivan@leadsystemsgo.com.
2. What the application does
LeadAIvisor lets a business owner connect their own Meta advertising account, choose an advertisement from a curated library, and launch that advertisement into their own account. Leads generated by those advertisements are delivered back to the business owner inside LeadAIvisor, and optionally forwarded to a customer relationship management system that the business owner has separately connected.
We act only on accounts you explicitly connect, and only on the assets you select during the connection process. We do not access accounts you have not connected.
3. Information we collect
Account information you give us
- Your name, email address, telephone number, company name, and role, collected at signup.
- Your chosen industry, which determines which advertisement library you see.
- Business details you enter for use inside an advertisement, such as your business name and contact phone number.
- Messages you send to the in-application assistant.
Information we receive from Meta when you connect Facebook
When you click "Connect Facebook," Meta presents you with a permission screen. If you approve, Meta issues us an access token scoped to the assets you selected. Using that token we access:
- Your public profile information (your name and Facebook user identifier).
- The list of advertising accounts and Facebook Pages you administer, so you can pick which one to use.
- The advertising account, campaign, ad set, and advertisement records that LeadAIvisor creates or reads on your behalf, together with their performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost, and results.
- Lead form submissions generated by advertisements run through LeadAIvisor. These typically contain the name, email address, and telephone number that a prospective customer voluntarily submitted, along with their answers to any questions on that form.
Information collected automatically
- Standard server logs, including internet protocol address, browser type, and timestamps, used for security and debugging.
- Records of actions taken inside the application, such as which advertisement was launched and when.
4. Meta permissions we request, and why
We request only the permissions the application demonstrably uses. Each is listed below with the reason it is required.
| Permission | Why LeadAIvisor needs it |
|---|---|
ads_management | To create and manage the campaign, ad set, advertisement, and lead form that you choose to launch, inside your own advertising account. |
ads_read | To read back the performance of the advertisements LeadAIvisor launched, so we can show you results. |
leads_retrieval | To retrieve the lead form submissions generated by your advertisements and deliver them to you. |
pages_manage_ads | Required by Meta alongside lead retrieval, and used to attach the lead form to the Facebook Page you selected. |
pages_show_list | To display the list of Facebook Pages you administer so that you can select one. |
pages_read_engagement | To read basic information about the Page you selected, so the advertisement is attributed correctly. |
business_management | To identify the business portfolio that owns the advertising account and Page you selected. |
public_profile | To identify the Facebook user who authorized the connection. |
We do not: read your personal Facebook posts, friends, photos, or private messages. We do not access advertising accounts you did not select. We do not post to your Page on your behalf. We do not use your data, or any lead's data, to train artificial intelligence models.
5. How we use the information
- To create, launch, pause, and report on the advertisements you ask us to run.
- To deliver the leads your advertisements produce, and, if you have connected one, to forward a copy of each lead to your customer relationship management system.
- To operate your account, including authentication, plan limits, and support.
- To send transactional email, such as account approval and password reset. We do not send marketing email from the application.
- To detect abuse and to comply with Meta's advertising policies and applicable law.
6. Advertisement content and automated assistance
LeadAIvisor uses a large language model provided by Anthropic to help you complete the steps of launching an advertisement. The assistant can only take a fixed, predefined set of actions. It cannot exceed the budget you set, change how advertisements are constructed, or bypass the review checks we apply before an advertisement goes live.
Text you type into the assistant is sent to Anthropic for processing so that it can respond. We do not send lead contact information to Anthropic. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models.
7. How we share information
We do not sell your information, and we do not sell lead data. We share information only with:
- Meta Platforms, in order to create and manage advertisements in your account, as you directed.
- Your customer relationship management system, if and only if you connect one, and only to send you your own leads.
- Service providers who operate our infrastructure under contract: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (application hosting), Anthropic (the assistant), and Resend (transactional email).
- Legal authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
8. Where information is stored, and how it is protected
Data is stored in the United States. Meta access tokens are encrypted at rest and are never sent to your browser. All communication with the application uses transport encryption. Access to the production database is restricted to the operators of Hello Thesa LLC. Each customer's data is isolated at the database level so that one customer cannot read another customer's leads, advertisements, or account.
No system is perfectly secure. We will notify affected users without undue delay if we become aware of a breach affecting their personal information.
9. How long we keep information
- Meta access tokens are deleted immediately when you disconnect Facebook, and expire on their own after roughly sixty days.
- Leads are retained for as long as your account is active, so that you can work them. You may delete any lead at any time.
- Account information is deleted within thirty days of you closing your account.
- Server logs are retained for up to ninety days.
10. Your choices and your rights
You can, at any time:
- Disconnect Facebook from inside the application. This deletes our stored access token and stops all further access to your Meta account.
- Revoke access from Meta's side, in Facebook under Settings, then Business Integrations, by removing LeadAIvisor.
- Delete your account and all associated data. See our Data Deletion Instructions.
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing ivan@leadsystemsgo.com.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the General Data Protection Regulation. We honor those rights regardless of where you live.
11. About the leads themselves
When a person fills out a lead form on one of your advertisements, that person is your prospective customer. You are the controller of their information, and you are responsible for contacting them lawfully, including compliance with telephone and messaging consent rules. LeadAIvisor processes that information on your behalf, as a processor, in order to deliver it to you.
12. Children
LeadAIvisor is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under eighteen. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
13. Changes to this policy
If we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, notify account holders by email before it takes effect.
