Data Deletion Instructions

LeadAIvisor, operated by Hello Thesa LLC, gives you three ways to remove your data. Choose the one that matches what you want to remove.
Option 1. Disconnect Facebook, keep your account
This severs our access to your Meta advertising account and deletes the access token we hold for you. Your LeadAIvisor account and any leads already delivered to you remain.
- Sign in at app.leadaivisor.com.
- Go to Account, then Connected accounts.
- Select Disconnect Facebook.
We delete the stored access token immediately. We stop reading your advertising data and stop retrieving new leads from that moment.
Option 2. Revoke access from inside Facebook
You can remove our access from Meta's side at any time, without signing in to LeadAIvisor.
- In Facebook, open Settings and Privacy, then Settings.
- Select Business Integrations.
- Find LeadAIvisor in the list and select Remove.
Meta invalidates our access token. Our next attempted request fails and we mark the connection as disconnected. Any token we still hold is deleted at that point and is no longer usable by anyone.
Option 3. Delete your account and everything in it
This is permanent and cannot be undone. It removes your login, your profile, your saved advertisements, every lead we hold for you, and the record of every advertisement you launched through LeadAIvisor.
Either of the following works:
- Sign in at app.leadaivisor.com, go to Account, and select Delete account.
- Or email ivan@leadsystemsgo.com from the email address on your account, with the subject line Data deletion request.
We complete deletion within thirty days and confirm by email when it is done. Server logs containing your internet protocol address age out separately, within ninety days.
What deletion does not reach
Advertisements that LeadAIvisor created inside your own Meta advertising account belong to you and remain in your account after you delete your LeadAIvisor account. If you want them removed, pause or delete them in Meta Ads Manager. Likewise, any lead we already forwarded into a customer relationship management system that you connected remains in that system, which you control.
We may retain records we are legally required to keep, such as billing records, for as long as the law requires.
